Hey all, just checking out this site for how it might work to track my progress towards my ultimate goal - earning my Tae Kwon Do black belt in November of this year. As one thing I'm doing to make sure I'm ready, I've started to work on losing some weight using Nutrisystem, and so far it's been going really well (11 pounds in the first 3 weeks).
I am also having a hard time memorizing all of the curriculum from the previous belts, but I trust that if I keep practicing and working on it consistently it will get easier.
